At Revolution Conditioning we passionately deliver the best training available to help dedicated athletes achieve their goals. We use a proven, inside out, periodized training system when developing athletes. We value Strength, Passion and Discipline. We do not take short cuts.. and most importantly, we are not for everyone, and we are okay with that. 

Our goal is to help you develop to your athletic potential, whatever that may be. For some of you it will mean: The Olympics, National Teams, NHL, MLB, OHL, NBA, and NFL. For others, it will mean: running your first 5K, making the move from AA to AAA, playing rec volleyball, or finishing a triathlon without constant knee pain.


Meet Our Coaches

  • Owner & Head Coach

    A highly experienced and accomplished sports enthusiast with a passion for coaching. With over a decade of coaching experience, Tyler continues to dedicate himself to further broaden his knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry.

    Before transitioning into coaching, Tyler had a career as a professional hockey player. He spent time in the AHL (American Hockey League), the ECHL (East Coast Hockey League), and had the opportunity to play overseas in Europe. His time as a player instilled in him a deep understanding of the game and a desire to share his expertise with aspiring athletes.

    Growing up, Tyler had a diverse sporting background. Alongside his love for hockey, he also excelled in baseball and soccer, showcasing his versatility and natural athletic talent.

    When Tyler isn't coaching or indulging in sports, he can often be found on the golf course, honing his skills and enjoying the thrill of competition. However, his greatest joy in life comes from spending quality time with his loving wife and two beautiful daughters, who serve as a constant source of inspiration and support.

    A true sports enthusiast and dedicated fitness professional with a diverse background in athletics.

    Michael served as a coordinator at the Para PanAm Games and Invictus Games, where he played a vital role in organizing and facilitating inclusive sporting events for athletes with disabilities. This experience allowed him to witness the transformative power of sports and further fuelled his dedication to helping individuals achieve their full potential. In addition, Michael also devotes his time to coaching minor hockey. His commitment to mentoring young athletes stems from his love for the game and the desire to instill in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

    Michael's dedication to the fitness industry is demonstrated by his certification from the American Council of Exercise (ACE). Michael also pursued his education at Fanshawe College, where he studied Fitness and Health Promotion. He furthered his academic journey by completing a degree in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University, solidifying his knowledge of human movement, exercise physiology, and the science behind fitness and wellness.

    Since November 2018, Michael has been an integral part of the RevCon team, where he applies his extensive knowledge and practical expertise to guide clients on their fitness journeys. Whether it's strength training, conditioning, or developing tailored exercise programs, Michael's experience and passion shine through in his approach, motivating and empowering individuals to reach their fitness goals.

    Whether he's hitting the ice, conquering the slopes, or celebrating the love he shares with his soon-to-be wife, Michael leads a fulfilling life driven by his passions and meaningful relationships.

  • Strength Coach

    A compassionate and knowledgeable exercise professional. With an impressive academic background and a range of certifications, Jessica is committed to helping individuals improve their physical well-being and achieve their health and fitness goals.

    Jessica holds several certifications, including Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Functional Movement Screening (FMS). These certifications reflect her expertise in assessing and designing exercise programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring safe and effective training.

    Throughout her career, Jessica has gained valuable experience in various settings. She completed a four-month placement at the Pelino Athletic Performance Center, where she gained practical knowledge in athletic performance enhancement. Further enhancing her expertise, she also completed a four-month placement at the Brock PowerCord, specializing in strength and conditioning training. Additionally, Jessica spent one year working hands-on at the Health and Wellness Physiotherapy clinic, deepening her understanding of the vital connection between exercise and rehabilitation.

    Jessica's academic background is equally impressive. She obtained an Honours BA with Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University, providing her with a strong foundation in human movement and exercise science. She furthered her education with an Honours Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College, expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field.

    From a young age, Jessica actively participated in gymnastics and soccer, fostering a love for physical activity and the importance of teamwork. Her passion for sports, combined with her academic pursuits, ignited her desire to help others lead healthy and active lives.

    When Jessica isn't immersed in her professional endeavors, she enjoys hiking through nature's scenic trails, attending live concerts, and diving into the world of literature through reading.
