I am happy to say that I have finished my Christmas shopping and managed to avoid buying things for myself – impressive!

Random #3 – if I see one more ‘trainer’ post video of their clients lifting heavy weights will awful form I will likely barf

We got out to watch some of our London Jr. Knights athletes in action. Carson, Justin, Adam and Zack put on a great show and came through with a nice win. It is always awesome to see the grit and tenacity on the ice.

Still working my way through, Admired: 21 Ways to Double Your Value by Mark Thompson, but also just started Pride And Prejudice by Jane Austen…that Mr. Darcy what a sour fellow.
