Not that I think there is one “best” way out there, but looking for a better way is how our programs continue to evolve, how our athletes continue to improve and enjoy their chosen sports/activities into their 70’s.

Here’s one that you have probably seen in the RevCon gym at some point during the 3-4 training phases. I love it for two simple reasons:

It is so simple anyone can do it and use the right muscles with a bit of coaching
There is very little risk associate with the set up or movement
