Soccer WomanI think patellofemoral pain syndrome is one of those diagnoses that sounds worse than it is.  I have seen lots of athletes think it meant that they could not continue with their sport.  I think if you understood it a little better, you would see that it is a muscle balance/alignment issue, that can be improved dramatically with the right exercise intervention.
