2015-07-28 10.21.32I know most of you are committed to your workouts, but there are times when you are forced out of your regular routine.  Maybe it is traveling for business, exam time at school or hitting the road to visit Granny for a few days over Christmas.

You’ve gotta find a way – and that is exactly what I have for you today.

I was working with a player the other day who was from the US and he was telling me how he “basically couldn’t workout” when he was home from prep school because he didn’t have any equipment at home.

Let’s contrast that with the guy who emailed me the other day asking about this exercise (your legs will be burning after about 10 seconds) and if there was another way to overload it since he didn’t have any weights at home.

So there is the difference for someone who is looking for a way to make it happen versus an athlete who is looking for reasons not to make it happen.

“Oh gee, I would love to do my training today, but aw shucks…no equipment….oh well”.

I know if you are on the RevCon website that you are one of the athletes looking for a way to make it work, so here is a bodyweight workout for you that you can do anywhere.

I know I am holding dumbbells in the first exercise, but you can do it without weights or fill two big milk or orange juice containers with water or sand and that will be much, much better than nothing at all.

I designed this one with hockey players in mind, because it is that time of the year, but really it will benefit any athlete – check it out and leave a comment below letting me know how you liked it.

Cheers,
M
