Using dumbbells, cables, the TRX, resistance bands, whatever.  It is a great exercise for your mid-back, biceps and torso.

But today I want to put  a little more emphasis on your torso and shoulder stability while you still get a good contraction through your mid-back and biceps.

Here’s how we do that…

Since you will use a lighter weight than you typically will with a standing or bent over row, we use a higher number of reps when doing this version.  Start with 3 sets of 12 reps on each arm, pause for two seconds at the top of the lift and make sure you keep your shoulder squeezed back slightly.

Give it a try and leave a comment below to let me know what you think.

Cheers,
M

PS – we are holding our annual Christmas Eve morning workout for current and past Team RevCon athletes – let me know if we should count you in – it is always a highlight of the year!
