Well, that proves it…time flies when you’re having fun!
This past fall was the 10-year anniversary for Revolution Sport Conditioning. If I’m not mistaken we are the longest running athlete conditioning facility in the city that has not changed hands. Sounds like something worthy of a celebration.
And what better way to celebrate than to help athletes of all ages and abilities improve their performance EVEN more 🙂
So we are bringing in our favourite Registered Dietician, Lisa Cianfrini to tell us what “healthy foods” we should actually avoid and she will tell us a bit about how genetic testing can help you fine-tune your eating.
Then Team RevCon athlete and motivational coach Susan Kovacs will share a little mindset training…and then we will all go home 🙂
It will be held at the RevCon gym downtown on Monday, April 25th from 7-9pm.
Trust me, it will not run long, there will not be any long speeches…there may be cake (or champagne).
